I have an error code 15-10, and the press doesn't want to eject the plate, whenever i press the button to eject it, it just gets into position to accept a new plate, but doesn't release it and eject it. Can anybody help? Thanks..

Hello, I have a problem with the Quickmaster 46 pneumatic valves losing air when activated, when the compressor reaches 8 bars and the press starts working two of the pneumatic valves activate and start losing air, after 2 minutes of working the air pressure drops to 6 bars and the press stops...

We have a Quickmaster and the second unit plate cylinder has play. It moved back and forth circumferentialy nearly 3/16 of an inch. Does anyone know what is involved in repairing this. Richard

I have been able to duplicate the mechanical timing pin for the QM Di and Im selling these if you are interested please email me at viper743@earthlink.net. Imagine the savings you could have by timing your own press. I beieve this pin will work for either the 4 color and two color presses...
