Dear all, Lately, my Polar emc 137 is damaging every knife we put in place after less than 2 hours of functioning. (see picture attached below) Please advise :)

Hello, I have a Polar 78 ES with a problem. When cutting the knife stops in down position and an error code 132 is visible on the display. It also shows a text "cutting process interrupted". The knife have to be turned up again manually. What does error code 132 mean? /Mattias

What's the best place to have my Triumph Ideal guillotine knife blade(s) sharpened? There is no local knife/blade sharpener, so whoever I choose, the blades will be UPSed in the small wood crate so location isn't that important (I'm in Michigan)
