  1. feeder not picking up heavier substrates

    Our feeder won't pick up any cover stock, but it feeds text weight from all 3 drawers. Is there something that needs to be cleaned, or does part of the feeder need to be replaced?

  2. Can_bus_dead_node

    We just installed an idigo 5000, and when we power up the computer, we are getting a CAN_BUS_DEAD_NODE, and can_bus_IOC error. The stacker isn't lowering to the floor on startup either. Everything else turns on though. Amy idea as to what would be causing this error?

    Cleaning and reusing imaging oil

    I was just wondering if anyone has filtered and reused imaging oil in the HP indigo digital printing press? we are going to send it through a 10micron filter before adding into our 5000. Does anyone know if i need to add anything into it?
