Greetings HP Indigo users! I'm curious: what do you do with your spent imaging oil? The topic of disposal has come up several times in recent waste stream discussions and I'm reaching out to see how you handle it.

Just curios. I checked the spec sheet for HP indigo 5000 and 7000 series Imaging Oil and saw that it contains the same components. Is it safe to use imaging oil meant for the 7000 series press on a 5000 series? Also, is the HP indigo imaging oil one and the same as Isopar L petroleum...

I was just wondering if anyone has filtered and reused imaging oil in the HP indigo digital printing press? we are going to send it through a 10micron filter before adding into our 5000. Does anyone know if i need to add anything into it?
