dyn error

We are having an intermittent error that is causing us to have a lot of lost production. We are getting a error code s-hak 4 m3 ffbf. If anyone could tell me what the coad means it would be greatly appreciated. The error appears intermittently in the dyn diagnostic menu.

We have a dynamic error. The error says s-hak 4m3 ffbf. Can anyone tell me what this means. Thanks Richard
