chips

I recently refilled a couple of Primera CX1200 toners and replaced the chips. It will now only print 1 of any job I send. I know others refill their cartridges, so this can't just be me! What am I missing?

I recently purchased a photo lab and with it came a lucidiom eq-9800 printer. I have been told it is the same as an oki c9800. My problem is I can only buy the toner and drums from lucidiom and they are taking at least a month to 2 months to fill orders. Is it possible to use the oki toner and...
