Super Web has parts and service and units for sale. Best little press around, they always just work.

Everything single breaker and line - easier and safer when equipment has to be tagged and locked for repair. Cost a little more to set up but you will be glad you did. We have seperate boxes for each press room segemnet. We are running 13 Diddie Webs plus bindery.

Xikon makes a digital solution but it not priced for a guy who prints 1000 labes a week. Also, you will need die cutting for the labels also. There are many suppliers out there of label products, bid it out to them.

How many Labels do you paln to run a year? The 5501/6501 mentioned is a option but will require 230V power. If you are talking about running 500-1000 a month then a Oki would be fine and can be had for your budget. If you get a used printer, put it under a service agreemnet for the first year...

Do yourself a favor and let the local printer you are working with handle this. To spend less than $2000 for a "solution" will be tough. You will waste more than you think to get the text positioned correctly to run 1 or 2 sheets of labels if you don't know what you are doing. Just my opinion.

Do you have the CED with the volumes listed you said you would run and they agreed to? I would push this to the top and fast, your amount of calls and issues in a 6 month period is beyond excessive and if you are indeed not beyond the scope of the engine then I would demand a 901GA at the same...
