try repacking your blankets......ive had this problem before...repack helped but we replaced with different blankets...didnt remove problem , but...
it might not be the washers ..but the blankets themselves......try a different blanket manufacturer...see if anything is different...hope this helps
try a quick vinagar wash.....i wash all rollers once a week ..mostly before the weekend with vinagar and then a normal final wash with presswash...
its probably condensation.....are you running cold water or chillers ?
they probably use a 40 # or 50 # coated 2 sided gloss for the text and 70 # for the cover ...my thoughts anyway
turn air and vacum down very low....and set the pile hight to the lowest it will go...and always hit 2 head stops...if your press has a buckle...

what ever packing you add to the blanket ..you need to take away from the plate...and vis versa what ever packing you take away from the blanket...
yes I would agree ..if you took out the del gripper and still have the nick...then it it either the infeed or cylinder gripper.....check those out
