Could be a really bad set of wires. Perhaps in Cyan or Black. Set up a new file on 11x17 or 12x18 with 4 pages. fill one page with 50% (or so) cyan, page 2: 50% Magenta and so on. You should see the lines isolated in one of your imaging units. My guess is you need a wire or drum replacement.
