    Konica Minolta c3080

Is it static related? Or is the sheet curling from heat?

dc 242 white lines on all colours

And is it just me, or is yellow perfectly fine? The defect in C and M are most certainly identical. It must be something contacting the belt. In my Canon we once had a warped patch sensor that was grazing the ITB

dc 242 white lines on all colours

Perhaps try a series of image stops on the belt in attempt to locate an unscathed image. If no such image can be found, I have to say something is happening further upstream. Does this particular xerox have the drums together with the charge units and developing station? IE replacing the drum...

    Side 2 Image Quality Issue

Just to clear it ONLY occurs with the one media, and only on the back? Try and 80# gloss cover, or perhaps any other 80# coated you might have? Although with the addition of the magenta color drifting all around, seems like the issue lies within that imaging unit itself. I can't really put my...

Running Accurio C6100 digital press 24/7

Not to mention the Oce Titan series if you really need some serious black and white output. Or a small fleet of Various or Xerox Nuveras. I'm not a huge Xerox fan, but their Nuvera is a formidable workhorse. I think it's their best machine ;)

Running Accurio C6100 digital press 24/7

If you're printing for profit over there, it sounds like its time for something a bit higher end. IGEN, NexPRESS, Digital Inkjet is being adopted more, and more frequently these days. But like the other posters say, how much of that is black and white? If a considerable amount is black, your...

dc 242 white lines on all colours

I mean, the more I look at it, the more it looks like a REALLY bad set of corona wires. But that would have any techs first go-to for streaking/banding in the run direction.

dc 242 white lines on all colours

If the ITB didn't show some major, obvious defect, i don't believe the belt is the problem. And i've never seen a liner void of that nature from a transfer belt. I LOOKS like a scratched drum to be honest.. but multiple drums? it's a tough sell. Unless a stationary object is contacting the drums...

    3050 Magenta ink foaming

Too much urine. *see myth busting thread*

    A bit of fun-Mythbusting.

That's correct, the tinsel (first off cant be tinsel from a local holiday store, and...) must be grounded. Think about the electrons present in your static filled sheets, the ungrounded tinsel is more than happy to accept the electrons from the first several sheets that leave the press, but once...

    Dc242 black toner drop down

After all that you've done...it's a tough call. Could the cleaning station itself, or it's power supply require replacement? If the issue remained unchanged with the developer unit replacement, i'm liable to think there may something else wrong with the cleaner. When you examine the cleaner...

    Xerox DC250 Printing Troubleshoot

It's appearing throughout all colors. Check the fuser and see if you see any serious scratches on it. I was leaning toward the transfer belt myself, but since it seems to picking up toner and re-depositing it, fuser may be right.

    Ricoh Aficio MP C2500

Could be the subsequent toner hopper or auger that's failing. It's not moving toner to the delivery area, so it thinks it's out of toner.

Hi need some technical assistant in my richo 901 can't remove error

I know that error roots to a low voltage, power supply failure. Unfortunately I'm not skilled enough to offer repair advice. at, least not when it comes to boards or power supplies. Unless it was NexPRESS.

    Triumph 4850 doesn't cut straight

There's also a 'calibration' if you will, for the back stop. If it's screwed, it won't matter how straight (or not) the blade is. Dull blades will results in a skewed cut, the friction and the drag can be powerful enough to dominate the hold of the clamp. And everything Chock said is also right...

    Canon iPF8300 clicking noise

That’s quite the sound. It sounds like you have a press running in the background. All that noise is coming from the Canon? You’re right in thinking it’s not the printhead, at least I’ve never heard a failing printhead make a sound like that. It could be one of the belts, or perhaps an issue...

iGen 150 issue - need technical assistance

From what I understand this error goes back quite some time. There should already be an existing patch to fix what Xerox calls a "programming error". I'm no longer a Xerox user, but I would search the error code on the xerox support page.

    xerox 800 watermark problem

Initially when I read "white dots" i thought for sure it was something stuck on the transfer belt. but that picture... No belt would become that contaminated. I'm curious, is that an uncoated media? Accent or cougar, Lynx, etc? Is it duplexed or face down output? maybe the toner is separating...

    Bizhub C500 - Error Code 29-07

Well, the Code is for toner density, which I assume you knew since you mentioned servicing the developer and drum. Are you certain the magnetic roller is not functioning? it could be the density sensor or gamma sensor that is not working properly. IF it is the roller, then you must look into...

Is it worth it to buy used IGen3 in 2019?

I might be a bit skeptical, especially is this is your first digital press. I just hope the company you're purchasing from is going to offer the support and training you need to get started and keep the machine running. If they install the machine and say "have a great day!" you're going to have...
