Last time I checked, KM7000 with RIP and all that is needed was around 85, the 8000 was near 125... Ricoh 651 was around 75. Run samples and talk to service... up time is key as you know and all are straving for sales.

See if you can get a deal on a slightly used 6501 from KM, great engine at thoses volumes and price is below what you are =looking at. For new, 651EX from Ricoh, 6000 from KM but they are going to be a little higher than what you are looking to spend.
