as far as i know toyo has plans to serve the south african market but im not sure if they have started yet. I use prisco alcohol free with my toyo hy unity ink and have never had a better combination. works very well

I also, at the moment am using a 1.95 blanket and 1.0mm underblanket. sometimes i use a 1.68 blanket, 1.0mm underblanket and 0.2 packing to make up the rest. no problems

Problem solved. the guy running the press, while changing a piece of pipe due to an air leak, swapped two pipes going into the solenoid valve. I dont know how its even possible to make that mistake, he had also mixed up the ones going into the press for the impression pistons. He's a good...

Having a spot of bother. when i go to print, unit 4 prints one sheet perfectly in impression then the impression goes off and i get blank sheets. I cant hear it going off. it just stops printing. i have checked all the pneumatics, taken off the covers and had a visual check, packing is perfect...

Have the same problem on my gto, for most jobs its not an issue. Anything with a tight fit i just put two sheets of the tissue that comes with the plates behind the plate on unit 1. Works fine. You could also slightly reduce the blanket packing on unit 2.

The frosting i find i get when the temperature is too low. faulty thermostat could be the problem. I normally use a refrigeration engineer, should be able to find the fault pretty quick

These two emitter lights should be on always and quite bright. and also is this like your eyekom unit...

each line on the dial is 30 degrees, its only a minor adjustment. Also can you see the lights on the sensors for the double sheet detector and impression on. if they are gone or even weak they might need to be replaced (very easy just plug and play) a new emitter cost about 100 pounds. also...
