Which fountain do you have? They came with a step less fountain (has a dial for ink control)or a lever with like 7 positions?

You can also try a fountain that has more butoxy ethanol.

Ok so we have a few ryobi presses also and had to switch from spinks to another ink that has more tack (not to be confused with body). It will run oil ink on that dampening system if the tack level is correct.

Both machines will do a good job for you. It's more on the pressman at that Point. We have 7 ryobi presses in production right now .

Cardboard is fine but a shop rag will keep the spring on the instead of flying under the press.

A good machine gease is a good idea on the gears also.

It isn't that hard of a move really. I would take them out to be safe. I would also remove any extra pieces such as dollies and knobs. ( straps can slip and break the knobs)

I had a guy come in to fill out an application that was so drunk he forgot he had work for us before.This guy only work here for a couple days but it was long enough to never forget him.

Also I would be careful about the glass cleaner ,the ammonia in some will fog the lense.

Clean the sensor on the black box that's behind the dryer. Also the adjustment screw on the op side of that box can be tweaked . The other issue is with the bulb itself,replace the bulb the use the adjustment screw to fine tune the bulbs lenght. (The amount it stays on ). When replacing the bulb...
