I go around fixing these problems all the time. Usually comes down to settings. People tell me that the settings are correct 95 percent of the time they aren’t. If it’s ok on one side but not the other it’s settings

Cam followers, worn rubber gripper tips is usually the cause. Have you ever had the tips checked or replaced, how many impressions?

The only real way is to scrape it off but when you get near the metal be careful because if you score across them they won’t slide against each other. After scraping most of it off use scotchbrite and acetone to finish it off. Pack the front of the keys with grease to stop it happening again.

Just for future reference, if you have this situation again don’t soak with water as it makes the paper swell and makes it even harder to get out.

Go into tools and colour bar editor. Edit your own bar in and name and save it, it’s easy.

How old is the press? Delta wasn't on all machines. With it predominantly affecting magenta/cyan I would be looking at contamination from the water supply. What is the water hardness, which fount do you use, do you have a roller cleaning/maintenance regime in place? YG
