Thanks for your feedbacks,but the problem is only on the upper side, we have tried with reducing underpack of the blanket cylinder now it seems to be ok.
You dont tell anything about witch press you are running. Is it a single unit press typical narrow web. Or is it a blanket againt blanket press? We have a 9 colour single unit press (only one color in each unit) (plate - blanket - impression) We have done some experiment around this with differnet paperlenght in our web press. Lets say you have a perfect paperlenght when running 100gr paper you probably need to add more underpacking under the plate and reduce underpacking under the blanket when you change to a 200gr paper. We normally add 0,08mm under the plate and reduce the packing under the the blankett with the the same value.As thicker paper you use the more packing yo need. The conclusion is this: As thicker paper you use the more packing under the plate you need.
Check on which color the RPL problem is more make a color reduction from the pre press for the particular colors
