    Hello,
We've got a problem with the control panel screen: after a power shutdowwn, it doesn't power on anymore.
We change the panel, the invert... still black.
On the "controler" (at the panel back) a LED flash green, and when plugin a another screen on DVI/VGA output we can see then screen (so the output is ok) and the touch screen running well ... so the controller seems ok.

Why the screen is still black ?
What is the alternative to Heidelberg ?

    Many thank's
    Lilian.

    Hi,
If your machine is CP2000 most probably IPC has got a problem. For your information VGA output is different from screen output.
    You need to change IPC.

    Good lock

I have the same problem. Has anyone managed to find a solution? I had to attach an external touchscreen monitor to use the machine. The original LCD monitor LQ190E1LW02 and board 00.783.0992 LF-RX-DVl-19 were replaced with new ones, however, the screen remains black.

It's new generation and to my experience I have never had any problem with these IPCs.
Have you checked the display itself?

I replaced the LCD monitor LQ190E1LW02 and board 00.783.0992 LF-RX-DVl-19, but the screen is still black. IPC works normally with other monitors.

I did new tests and the monitor displays an image when it is connected to an external computer. In the IPC, it only displays an image when connecting another monitor.

I checked the power supply and it is able to generate 24.1V.

I tried accessing the BIOS settings to see if it's not some video setting, but unfortunately it asks for a password and I don't know what to enter.

The problem was really on the IPC. We again weld the DVI connection to the IPC motherboard and the problem was solved.
