Hello everyone, a pleasure to join this forum, I wish I had found it sooner and in a better circumstance
As you will see, the CP 2000 of a heidelberg machine does not work, the 240v is present in the cpu but the screen does not start, I attach videos of the current state, you can do the basic movements but absolutely nothing in cp2000
The communication between the 201SFK board of cp 2000 and REK2 seems null, there is no blinking in the RX or TX led

As important information, the machine is being installed but it is known that cp2000 was working

Thank you all and be well

It seems IPC is dead. Have you check if there is any power on IPC?

Hi, thanks for your response Mathew
Yes, the IPC is dead, it has voltage (220v) at the input of the source but not even the fan is activated
Should it turn on even if it has no communication with the main panel?

    Yes
You can remove the ipc and put on table, just plug 230volt ac (for mc/mc2/mc3)
    Ans +24 volt for mc4/mc5/mc7
Connect normal monitor, display should come
    .
    Pls confirm ipc details

Hello, the problem has been solved
As I mentioned, the machine had been without being connected for around 1 year, the IPC motherboard battery was totally discharged, leaving it connected for a couple of days the system started normally
If you have a similar situation, measure the battery and try to charge it if the voltage is not nominal.
