Display: ERROR 7 on HD SM102-10-P6-S

Dear All,

In the display where speed/hour of our Heidelberg Printing machine is shown, an ERROR 7 appeared (Find attached), we can run the machine but we can not see the speed on the delivery.

Find attached also pictures from the Dynamic Test and Initial Test.

Hi Rasim,

Error 7, guess you have to repair or change the MID Display.

Init Test:
S-HAK 2 M1 FFF5: Motor does not fit to power board, motor broken
SSK 1 M1: guess motor broken, recomend you to change this servo drive motor
SSK 4 M11: guess motor broken, recomend you to change this servo drive motor

Dyn Test:
Check first all this drives if they move freely, on SSK motors you can try to replace the poty first if my recomendation is to change the motors.
HAK 5 M1, we have to find out which motor is that, can you check please which motor is connected on HAK5 in the first position.

1) is it only problem in display or your facing any other porblem??
For check display you can swap feeder and delivery display to cross check the problem

Regarding other probelm you have to check point tell in just above thread
