In my opinion it is a surface tension problem. I've seen this before. 10-15% IPA is a lot by default, we print between 3-5%.
If the alcohol dispenser malfunctions and dispenses too much, the surface tension of the liquid will be so low that it will run off the side of the dampening roll.
We had this error with speedmaster 102. measure IPA volume and try to use at 5%

I did a training on the wetting solution (the mixture of ipa + additive) consequence of a high level of ipa or high additive or the opposite if anyone needs all this information and others are welcome

I guess that you checked all the bearings from dampening rollers as well the baerer plates of the rollers- if not check if the "on positions" of dampening bearer plates are stabile, to do so just unistall the dampening rollers.

Yes, we ruled out any mechanical problems with the rollers, pan, etc early on because the problem happens to all 4 units at the same time. It's is impossible for them to happen to all 4 units at the same exact seconds.

You are right, it cant be mechanical after that... Hmm...Can you at least see from where exatly water comes out of the pan? Use a mirror to check that.
But somehow can be also connected to mechanic, when dampening is switched on, than dampening form roller moves to plate direction, my guess is still that you should check this movement.

Right after I reply i had another idea: run the press and than please check if water pan roller change speed after dampening form roller touches the plate cylinder (dampening on).

I have written several times that you should check the amount of IPA in the solution and set it to max.5%. Did you do it?
If there was a lot of liquid in the tray, it would spill even if it wasn't printing... printing uses up water , so it's certainly not a fault.
If all the printingtower fail at the same time, it is either the quantity or the quality of the fluid. Quantitative error is easy to spot.
