Your old Ink Volume Setter Windows XP/Server no longer works properly or the system becomes a network security risk?
Simply generate the required Ryobi Demia data (.DEM) for your PCS-G/PCS-H system on a current Windows 10/11 PC system. StudioRIP XF 4.2 SE+ with the Ink Duct Control Plugin is the solution for modern, safe and stable ink zone presetting.
    Contact me for more information.

    Hi Signs NYC,
thanks for your interest. Unfortunately, I can't really help you from Germany via TeamViewer either, as I have to be on site to connect to your Ryobi press console.
But my American StudioRIP dealer colleague in New York City will surely be able to help you:

Is there any replacement software for Ink Volume setter? Because it's impossible to find this software anymore.

    Hi Bojan,

there is the MAC-only software PressPerCent of company Excourse from Russia, which replaces Ryobi Ink Volume Setter.
You can buy PPC online, it is not expensive but you need some experience with the app for creating a good installation.
I am offering a software & service package in my webshop: www.pdf-impostion.shop

Hello Mr. Müller, unfortunately I have the problem with my 524HXX: the control display on the delivery no longer works. Batteries have been replaced, but *Connecting to Host* appears. Maybe you can please help me? Greetings Rene Dax

    Hello Rene,
I know from some customers that the original displays fail over time. Customers usually make do with connecting a “normal” (with mouse) or “touch-sensitive” VGA display from an electronics store.
In the Ryobi's control console cabinet there is a "normal" PC with embedded Windows XP installed. However, caution is advised here, it is an original Japanese Windows XP version with the language changed to English. A customer once managed to "shoot" all of this down, then suddenly all the menus were Japanese :-(
Unfortunately, I don't know your error message. You have to try to get to the normal Windows XP start screen. After Windows starts, "NET.TXT" is automatically executed to retrieve the IVS data and load it into the console.
    Best regards
    Martin

    Hello Rene,
An addition on my part, none of my customers have the display. They all have newer models with the separate control console and PCS-H ink zone control.
