POLAR MOHR 92 ED Error 240, 653, 654

Hi Everybody.

I am in great trouble with my Polar Mohr 92 ED.
When the machine is powered on I get the below message first.



When I proceed with 1) Scan reference position, I get below ERROR (654).


When I keep moving the backgauge manually, at one point I get below Message (653).



Need help from an expert to solve this problem.
Even recently I have replaced the CP4 card as well but still, the problem is the same.

In auxiliary functions, I bet the below message as well (240).

1)
Due to a malfunction or ageing of the battery the data is no longer
complete or it is incorrect;

2)
Make a reference run and move the backgauge along the entire width of the
table, if the position of the mechanical reference point switch has been modified
- Check functioning and position of sensor B 341

3)
Verify setting of frequency converte.
- Mechanical stiffness of backgauge drive, check table spindle.
- C014: with Lenze Motor=2, others=0. resp. see description of freq. Converter.
- Check / adjust

this error may be caused when the computer voltage is
dropping too fast.

Verify setting of frequency converte.
Mechanical stiffness of backgauge drive, check table spindle.
C014: with Lenze Motor=2, others=0. resp. see description of freq. Converter.
Check / adjust backgauge drive motor with brake, brake is moving on small
measurements.
Check and/or replace the backgauge drive motor with brake. (If the brake
is shaking when dealing with short cutting position, replace the brake)
Frequency converter is defective
Check / replace pulse generator
Check cable routes / connections
Check proper connection of main terminals from backgauge motor
Parting of cable to the limit switches in the clamp (S6, S218, S218b)
Check correct grounding of backgauge motor
Check plug no. 26 for Freq. Converter / SAP.

for the last error memory bank fault you have to replace battery and delete all existing memories in ROM. but you must enter service mode

Hi sir here is;
attached is there the schematic where is located the limit swtich b 341, under the table, where the backgague Run.

C014, is parameter C/M for converter 8200 polar, for his case is 0, however you must look, if there are in another number
