    Good evening everyone, I'm new to this forum. My problem is that when I start the cutter, nothing works, neither the screen lights up, nor the K0 and K22 contactors activate, apart from a light. With a button lit on the front panel, all fuses are OK.. Need help please...

    Hello, thank you for your advice, all of this is correct, the problem is that the K22 does not activate as soon as Q1 closes, and this is possible if the K216 relay is OK, but this one comes from UCP... In addition my screen does not even turn on, thank you for your cooperation

    Hi sir;
    I really do NOT understand very well, what is the situation of his machine, first you say; ¨thank you for your advice, all of this is correct¨

    You must test very well;

    1) the Power Supply, Input of Vac in tolerance around 10% up or down.

    2) the Non regulated Power Vdc, in tolerance around 10% up or down.

    3) The Regulated Power Vdc, in tolerance aroun 0.7% !!!!! Very critical up or down... like + 5vdc

    4) you are indicating that in the Display , you have a small light, but do NOT see it, if the CRT is ON, if that situation is there NO display in CRT, please you problem, with the issue in the 3 stesps mentioned before, Of course,, must test too , the +15Vdc, +5.2Vdc?? Not good and +12.6Faulty.. and possible flyback of CRT.

    Let me know, follow his schematic diagrams electrical.

    Hello I apologize for the delay in answering you, I was very busy on another machine, I followed your advice, I checked and rectified the AC and DC voltages which were out of tolerance and also cleaned the motherboard and the keyboard card and I managed to start the machine on the first try and when I stopped and wanted to restart and it refused.. even after several tries, nothing at all. I checked the DC voltages of 12Vdc and 5.2Vdc, it's correct, so I don't understand this phenomenon, sometimes it works and then it refuses, you asked me to check the +15Vdc voltage, but I don't not know where is this voltage? please tell me and help me solve this

    Hi, +5.2Vdc, is Not good!!!.

    you must tracker+15 VDC, the schematic wiring diagram,

    Clean, all the edge connectors!!!, Must of the 70% of failure in electronic is to due this.

    If the problem persist?, Please Reheating all electronic board and back plane, x dry+ colder solder joint, very well.

    Blessings
