Problem with Cutter Lengths

Hi,
I have a Houseng HSC1500S/1700S High-precision cutter dividing and cutting machine. Recently I am facing a problem related to cut lengths. Whatever setpoint I give, I get a variation of 1-10mm at different speeds and lengths. Can some expert help me troubleshooting the root cause of the problem. I am not sure if its a mechanical assembly issue, faulty VFD or encoder or anything else. Looking forward to a response.

 

If you are having this problem then I'll suggest you to check the encoder. Is the product slipping in the Take-Off? it can happen if the belts need changing or replacement? Also, look if the Belts are too close to each other. Check the drive shaft on the Take-Off. I hope you'll fix the problem by looking at these.
