SM74-6 PH Perfector Error

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for some assistance on an error I'm getting on my press. We purchased a used press from the UK about 2 months ago and has been a nightmare since it arrived. The press hasn't started running yet. We're stuck at the following error: Monitoring of Reversing Cylinder - storage drum synchronisation as per attached image.

 

hello dear sir, put the crank and turn it several times. check to see if the machine is in withdrawal or online mechanically after that starts the conversion.

The press is asking for machine to be returned to straight mode. However the press is already in straight mode. Above process was already performed along with the process in the attached image. Additionally we found the sensor cables on the female plug ij perfecting unit disconnected. My question is if we can run the press in straight mode until we order a sensor to replace.

 

hi dear sir, you couldn't do anything without having to change the sensor to perform because it contributes to the solution of the machine. is there not another machine having the pressure multiplier so that we can put an end to the withdrawal. it is imperative to change the sensor.

If you are 100% sure, the straight mode is o.k and NOT error(s) appear in the Screen, and the plug of sensor was disconnected, You can Run it.

I don't see the point of ordering a sensor. If the sensor lead wires are disconnected, you can troubleshoot them with welding. Except that you have to respect the polarity, if it doesn't work one way you can upset the wires. It happened to me once after mounting an sm74, don't forget to fill the pressure intensifier tank with 46 hydraulic oil,
Then make sure the machine is placed online and voila.
