SM 52 Anicolor ink transferring issue

Hi Guys
I have a problem with SM 52 4 color with UV…..unit no 2 Anilux roller transferring proper ink to the roller but rider missing the ink from the middle and not transferring the ink to the roller which is responsible to transfer the ink on the blanket…….3-4 ink portion of roller from the middle is not having a proper ink …….and this is happening in unit no 2 only rest all the units working properly……can any one guide ….

Thank you for your kind response…roller settings and roller thickness is as per the manufacturer guidelines

 

Is the temperature ok on that unit

 

Maybe also just try another ink on that unit to eliminate that as well

 

Yes temperature on all the four units are ok……roller sizes are ok…..chemistry of alcohol and font solution is also fresh

 

Is there any contamination on that unit maybe, maybe give it a good clean, take the rollers out & scrub them manually

 

Did the same …..clean the entire unit manually as well but the results remain the same

 

If all roller & damper settings are correct & all rollers are in good condition & all chemistry is correct then i would swap rollers from that unit to another unit & see if the problem follows.
