Xerox c560 problem

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my xerox c550 printer, after demonstrating the fiery and its hard drive to remove dust. I have demonstrated everything: and here is the surprise. no communication between fiery and printer. I tried to print directly without fiery it gives me pages with codes like the photo, can anyone know what the problem is exactly?

 

You can print but not pdf, as without the fiery, the system does not have a postscript option
