    Hi
Would anyone be able to advise on a way to die cut these if possible on a machine, the attached image is of a 350gsm sheet of card SRA4 size (225x320mm) with 35 x individual labels, which measure 35mm square with rounded corners, at the moment I guillotine these down to size 35mm square and then use a round corner tool, cornering about 20 at a time, I have to do 3,000 of these per order. The labels also have a 5mm hole on each one which I use a paper drill to do. I am looking at anyway to improve the quality and less manual time involved in manufacturing.
A print finishing equipment seller has suggested the Paperfox H500A Rotary Die Cutting Machine

Which may work well when close registration isn't an issue, but i have pretty close registration to consider.
    Thank you Dan

I was hoping for something a bit smaller as it's only 84 SRA4 sheets for the job. I print these digital so registration can wander slightly.

If you can't ensure image repeatability (corner accuracy), the only option is expensive manual work. Ordering cutting at another production facility will possibly reduce the cost and speed up the delivery of finished products, provided that the finished products are exactly (+ -0.1 mm to the corner) on the sheet. In this case, you will need to pay for the manufacture of a multi-place punching tool, which is not economically feasible for a single run. You should calculate the cost of manual production / placing an order with a third party company.

When working with this order on a regular basis, once a month or more often it makes sense to pay for the cutting form (photo) and order cutting on the side. Buying your own press without economic calculations is dangerous.

I thought about a workaround. You can take a small high-quality disk cutter, print the marks of the right angle and cut the sheet along them, then give it to the punching press. The solution is of course peculiar, but it will reduce the amount of manual labor.

To cut this type of product you need a cutting machine with automatic ejection, there are several brands of this type of cutting (bobst, iberica .... etc); if you do not have a large budget for the investment I advise you to take small manual cutting machine - the best is the titan brand

Normally for small orders you can use this type of machine but if you want to increase productivity and if you have long runs you need an auto-platen

Speed of these type of Machine’s are above 400mm/Sec, so cutting 3000 Lable of 35x35mm will a job of 20-25min. With accuracy of 0.02mm.

I know very well this type of machines, but in autoplatinum machines produce much more in an hour.
Their speed can reach 8000 sheets per hour and each sheet can contain up to 24 poses and more depending on the dimensions of the label, I let you calculate how many labels or cases it can produce in one hour of work 192,000 labels per hour , but his decision must be made according to his need
    Good luck to all
