Friends, I am running Ricohs C7100's and C5100's. For some time now, I have been battling with DIRTY BACGROUND on the white areas of my prints. It is like the entire background is stained with tiny speckles of all the CMYK Colors and sometimes with just a few Colors. I have tried everything like, changing the PCU cleaning units; changing drums; changing belt cleaning units; changing developer and nothing works. I want to know if anyone else had this issue and what they did to fix it? I am not thinking that it can be a temperature issue.

May be obvious but have you tried calibrating?

I have a issue with our white toner. We have a ricoh c7100 with the 5th color station and have never used it, but are trying to print white. Everything in the setting is set for white, color drum and toner set correctly, however when we print we get nothing. We've tried to flood the page with "White" spot color and the sheets are coming out blank.

Can someone point me in the direction to resolve this?
