Dear colleagues, I need advice.
What is the cause of duplication of the print on the back, when working 4/4 from one pass on both sides. The higher the speed, the more you can see. I will post photos, I hope you will be able to see them on them.

This may be a clamp adjustment problem or damaged clamp supports.
As this may be a problem with the gripper bar opening roller.
Please confirm if this problem occurs in the 4th group?? Then you have a problem with the reversal mechanism.
To make a good diagnosis you must specify and know exactly on which color and which unit you have the problem at this moment you can intervene as I told you at the beginning

 

Can you describe in which direction you see doubling on the sheet:
1. Up/down whole sheet
2. left/right whole sheet
3. Front OK, back of the sheet runs to outside ( left side to left, right side to right)

I strongly suggest that you change the rubber suckers at your storage drum (use only original Heidelberg).
Then make sure to close the suckers outside the sheet.

That isn’t doubling. It looks like it’s a ghost image caused from sheet slap and/or buildup on the back cylinders, after the sheet has been reversed.

 

you must first check whether there is a defect in the superposition of the colors. the marks must be aligned on the edges, this avoids the mechanical problem of the clamp opening rollers. it can also be a problem of dampening or adjustment of the inking rollers
