    Hello everybody
Am having this issue of ink vibrator not touching the ink fountain roller automatically when loading ink or printing. I have to load ink manually always. Can you please assist on where to touch to make it work. The vibrator operated ok when I engage it manually.
The second issue is that when doing roller wash the sprayer for water and roller wash liquid doesn't spray enough liquid and the rollers doesn't completely come out clean. I have heard of cleaning program I don't know how to set it.

    Thanks in advance.

It'd be wise to mention, how long have these issues been present. What is your experience on the press? Are you trained by a competent instructor? How long has press been on your floor?

Thanks for a reply Junker, these issues just started 2 weeks ago. I don't know what the operator did to the machine he just told me that the ink is not loading when I went there to check on the machine I found that the vibrator was deactivated. I activated it but now it's working properly when printing but doesn't work when loading ink only. And for the sprayers of roller wash some were closed especially for water, I cleaning them but still the same. The other thing I forgot is that rats are the wires in the electronic cabinet which were supplying power to the cleaning liquids tank so it wasn't completely working at the beginning.

The machine is just new it hasn't worked for a long time Just around 17mio it prints perfectly. The problem is that most of the time the machine is just sitting without working. Because when I started working on the machine stayed for over a year without being used. The machine was bought brand new.

In relation to the spray nozzle, the bar must be removed and the nozzles cleaned using a pointed rigid wire, then blow to remove the limescale particles.
Prime the pump manually until the detergent reaches the nozzles then you can start the system automatically.
On the other hand, I don't know what you mean with a vibrator, talking to you about the ink taker?

This is what I get when I read this.....Ink unit will duct ink when on impression but will not duct ink when trying to ink up from clean rollers. Is this correct?

One of the things that ive noticed that often happens here on this forum, is that a problem arises on a particular piece of equipment, and instead of the operator of that piece of equipment coming onto the forum and looking for help, a person who has very limited knowledge of the equipment takes in on themselves to come here and ask. Descriptions of the problem now go through a second party that perhaps gets the technical translation correct, or perhaps not. This is further made worse if the translation involves not only technical terms, but also a possible language barrier.

    Dear Friends,

I agree with Turbotorm1052. And another reactive thing that's taking place here is useless troubleshooting templates which are irrelevant and abstracted away from a real machine, module, and actual fault,.. they are also mistranslated or untranslated at all, and/or mistyped. And this long ping-pong is often annoying with its dullness and useless nature.

Actually, I have not yet understood whether these are forums for deep discussions of technical aspects, or simply for a paint dilution for a farm fence, sorry.

Let's try to do not post the murmuring texts and subjects about nothing, even though all the World is murmuring on nothing, unfortunately.
