Dancing of feeder head

in our machine kba rapida 105 . when we put on automode (front guid senser) feeder head become in continously up and down motion ... please give me a solution..

 

Hi sir;
1) test the sensor, see if there are Voltage.
2) clean it very well
3) tight the connector,
4)and use the camera cell and the IR sensor you can NOT see with the normal eye, by that reason use the camera cell, and you must see Blue light ON.

 

The feeder head housing has 2 sensors. It needs to be set to the factory value
