    Hi,

Did safety check by opening and closing all switches and guards. All flashing icons cleared on the ZID of SM52-53 1998 CPtronic. Even after clearing the safety check, I still get SEK flashing on top of cabinet. Attached is the SEK. Any other checks I need to look? Please advise. Thank you.

That screen shot 2ill not help in troubleshooting your issue. Must originate at INIT Test or DYN Test.

There's no Init or Dyn test error showing at t=0. No error showing blinking guards or switches also.

    Hi TH,

There's no S and E number for CPtronic machines. The S and E number is for CP2000. The relay symbol you're referring to is a safety check wherein if selected, all safety buttons and guards switches will start flashing. After clearing by opening and closing the switches and buttons, all the flashing buttons will disappear. That's what is happening to this machine, It pass the safety check.

    Hi Oliver.
From the SEK screen you posted, it is clear you have safety issues in the Feeder and on the Cptronic console. So as soon as you post more pictures as you proposed, it may be clearer where exactly the problem is. Looking forward.

As per pix give in start
There in safety (xes pin 3) is one it should be zero.
Check as per drawing which switch is for the same ( swith no point is closed due to which fem xes pin 3 is one ) for purpose remove wire from pin xes 3
    Then sek error will off

Hi Ashok, Thanks for your reply. Sorry I attached the wrong SEK picture. You're correct though that it should be zero. Unfortunately, it was zero initially when I have the SEK error. This is the SEK picture that I should have posted.

    Hi
Let the display remain sek page and press total stop(estop) from units and check is it getting change or not .
Or check sek card on other machine

    Hi,
You initially have two safety issues as per your first and posted SEK display, one in the feeder, which you somehow have now eliminated. Kindly avail the forum on how you achieved this.
The remaining Error is related to your Central Control Console. So you have to check the safety related switches on the console. For example, the Emergency stop button there, and possibly other safety relevant switches like the inch selection, auxillary stop button etc.
Can we safely assume your console is equipped with an EAM board? It may be helpful if you can post external and internal pictures of your Central Control console to show it's make-up.
    That's all for now.
    Regards.
