2003 SM74 low pressure

We’re getting a low pressure in pneumatic pump code 15. Checked all the lines seem to be fine. Is there another screen that tells where the error is actually at? If so could I get instructions on how to get to that screen?

To check low pressure here is the simple steps
1) in the Input of Line ( before the sensor ) air pressure should be 8 bar, once 8 bar reached then the machine will switch on the valve , air go in via a frl device( it reduce the pressure 6 bars)
2) if pressure is ok then you can see the air value reading ( diagnostic /input out/Sak 2/ va reading in I4 average reading should be 16.5ma
3) if reading is not ok the there is chance your sensor is faulty or power supply to sensor is faulty .
4) In main panel measure (+8,-8) supply it should be in between 24-27 volt.if supply is missing check SPM fuse .
5) if supply ok , air pressure is always >8 bar then sensor may be faulty .
6) for by pass sensor you can reach us

 

Good evening every body here.
I am facing same problem today.. insufficient air pressure error come for only one secound and then gone.machine is not inching and running at all.. i have checked every thing ashok mentioned to check all is ok.but no inching and running..

 

Hello Junaid, how much mA you are getting in diagnostic screen?

 

If reading is full that is 25ma then either your pneumatic sensor is faulty or sak/aiob is faulty
