    Hi,

Hope somebody had such problem and could me help with this.
My GTO46 some time ago worked without any problem. Left it without a job for about a half a year. Today I set up simple job with solid black ink to print text, and it won't print at all. Text transfers on the blanket like a raster (check out attached images.
Used and new blanket has same problem.

    Best regards
    Saulius

It is necessary to check the characters on the plate and that they take the ink correctly. If the problem that you have also exists on the printing plate then:
    - you must check the fount solution (conductivity, ph and also the alcohol concentration)
    - we must also see the expiration date of the plates is that they are not expired so it can lose the characters at the time of development.
