Does anyone have a sure fire way of printing 80gsm offset at speed, every other stock is fine. I've tried so many ways with sheet separators/ air/ suckers that I'm loosing my will. Does anyone use brush sheet separators, as we have not got any
I've aired the stack thougherly with air gun as I originally thought it was a static problem.
    Cheers

    Uncoated, SRA2.
We recently had the feeder clutch rebuilt, every other stock runs great.doesnt matter where the sheet separators are or position of suckers etc, I just can't get any consistency out my settings

The guy I work beside removes the suckers for that weight stock, consistently.
I didn't want to be bothered pulling off and putting suckers on but I'm doing it more and more depending on the machine.
No sucker feet, full vacuum. Adjust blow, bail bar and pile height. Makes a real popping sound as the sheet is released.
