Polar 115CE issue

Hello

If anybody can help my Polar 115CE is in need of a No. 8 and possibly a No. 9 PCB. The problem is no light barriers working and we have traced the issue back to these 2 PCB's.

Hi Sir;

Before you must go to replace the Boards #8+9, you must go to test

1)you must test the power supply for ; +24Vdc +15vdc +6 Vdc -6Vdc +in tolerance 0.7% up or down
example if you are measurin +6Vdc, and measure 6.3 is faulty!!!! replace or repair.

2) test the emission of bulb if there are strong or weak, and replace it, and adjust very wel that iluminate very well the photocell of Light BARRIER.

3) SEE if the relais d230a+b are cl0sing or defective!!

4) measure the Photocell, well illluminated. .12Vdc Max, darkned .5- .6Vdc max.

5) look for loose connectors, cable corroded, or breaking wires, dirty. or false contacts

 

I have both boards #8 & #9. It's $300 each + shipping.

If you buy these boards make sure you check serial numbers are same as yours, there are different versions of these boards and not all are compatable

 

Please , do ,that i did mention before
You can install the New Board, AND light barrier do Not Work!
