Line of dots …

    Hi when I select the differential drive on a KBA 106 rapida, after about 1500-2000 sheets into a run ,a line of dots appear 28 mm apart all the way from the grip to back of sheet ? Anyone experienced this before ? Thanks

    Hi , we changed the damper straight away , the fault only occurs after 20 minutes running and with the diff selected . If we knock the diff off we don’t have the dots ? I think that the rider roller below the damper has a knick in it . But as usual in a busy print shop we never have the time or a proper roller maintenance program. ‍♂️
