Hello everyone, can someoane help me out with this problem: I have new plates; I put them on machine. Starting to print after 2-3 pages print the drawing from plate its getting wiped. I don't know what can cause this.
And another thing, what is this mechanical adjustment, I didn't find any clearly answer in the manual and how should be set. Thank you very much

I just want to understand when the problem is how? it's the same type of plate you use or else you had to change the plate supplier just figure it out!

This mechanical adjustment is for the movement of oscilation and is used only if you print big solids full of ink and have a different density from lead to tail of sheet.
Meaning: if you measure with a densitometer lead mid and tail of sheet -or you eyeball that bottom is heavier than top- you will see a difference of ink -usually bottom of sheet x mgr of ink mid x/2 mgr ink and top x mgr of ink -.
So when you move those numbers -from white 1 to white 2/3/4 or red 1 to red 2/3/4- you move the step towards middle of sheet or top. Usually you just leave it as it is.
    As for you plate:
-Are you certain that your ink/water rollers are set correctly?
-Packing sheet under plate/blanket are correct?
-There is not a sheet inside the ink rollers? or anywhere inside the machine.

PS You did not tell us what machine is it! From photo i presume its a Speedmaster? GTO? TOK? SORM? Windmill 104?

If I understand your problem as explained, I would say your issue is not press related but platemaking related. Even with a way overpacked cylinder, or with way too heavy roller settings, there should be no reason your plate image is "wiped clean." I would say that either you've got a bad batch of plates, or that the plate exposures are way off, or your plate chemistry is off.
