    We have a Polar EM 92 with the Microcut JR with H3 Drive. We keep getting the code 184(B8) on our system (Zero set missing after Calibration). We have recalibrated the machine numerous times but keep getting this code. Any tips on how to resolve issue?

    Hi sir;

    Please review ,sensor b8 ;Shaft encoder zero set missing after position sense tripped on start up, possible lack of voltage in sensor +12Vdc, or the voltage out of tolerance 0.7% up or down., or loose cables, corrded, connector faulty, or dirty, or faulty, or sensor shaft encoder Defective

    2) Look for the sensor b6 too position sense error, look with the similar conditions, or sensor defective

    Hi. This means when position sensor tripped microcut is not seeing zero pulse from encoder.check LED 22 ON H3 drive see if it lights when rear position reached. If not disconnect encoder chain and move encoder until led lights. If Led does not light encoder defective

    Remember;

    Review status of power supply for;+1=+5Vdc 2) +12Vdc, if one of them are missing or out of tolerance, sensors will NOT work well.
    However including if the Leds are ON, does NOT mean the Voltage is O.K, example, the LED can be ON, but if you measure +5Vdc, and get 5.3Vdc, is faulty, must be replace the power supply.
