Unable to run any job tried with impression engage bypass on. Checked the sensor on the disc. Looks like the the encoder in the 2nd transfer motor is faulty? Anyone can help? 1630406569563.jpg

I think you need to replace the pcn board maybe only dsc board (the top board)

I think that first thing to replace should be Impression Engage Motor, try to clean the home position sensor on IMP engage motor and check if it's working. If it's working try to calibrate impression engage.

I Don't have imp engage jig or flag to calibrate impression engage. Do i need it? Or i can improvise without. I have 3d printer on site. I've cleaned the sensor and disc and it looks like the imp engage motor itself is working but machine report this message.

Dont need it. Just put an small tool inside to check the hole in the disc is in good position.
I have checked and is dsc board controlling this issue. So dont need to change all phc, only the top board.

The disc position was all good so i decided to took out and dismantle the entire phc module. It was terribly dirty. I cleaned whole pcbs from grease and ink residue using ipa, checked the cables and cleaned the connectors. Looks like everything is working again. I bet that some plug was loose. The machine is from 2006 and it's been years since the hp technician probably looked at her.
    Thanks for the help.
