Lithorne Komori LS 429 Magenta unit Color Dark Light Problem

We have the Lithorne Komori LS 429 straight make 2008 model. Getting the problem in magenta unit i.e. in 3rd unit of machine. The problem is that in magenta color upper and below side of sheet i.e. from gripper to upward direction side light- dark variation come. Due to which we are getting so much problem.
This problem occurs only in magenta unit. Plz give us the solution.

If all the dampening inking rollers are well adjusted and deglazed, the color balance on the training side is adjusted +/- 15 on the rule

We already did it, but are still getting the problem. Please give us the solution to get rid of this problem.
Somebody has told me to set the ink duct interval adjustment. But how do we have to set it? Please guide us.

 

Can you put cyan in the third group and magenta in its place in the second group ? (possibly a problem of crushing the magenta in production) a manufacturing defect (what ink do you use?)

 

What water-to-ink ratio do you use?
