Any suggestion/ideas which one is better?

Or what are the main specification differences?

    Thank you in advance!

    Main differences:

6900 has Zuwa pump - 6600 has Old imaging oil pump
    6900 has 12" silica gel - 6600 8" silica gel filter
6900 has new TSP on UW and RW - 6600 has old
6900 as default has new Ceramic Charge Roller - 6600 Old rubber
6900 has SPM - some of 6600 could have Old ILD
And on 6600 RIO system was an option, on 6900 is by default.

And all other small fixes instead of 6600.

I have a question: In the final the printing quality it's ever the same... so only fixed some bugs and management of system but not increased productivity and quality... so why compare the 2 presses? 6000/6600/6800/6900 all working at the best...
It's only for "fashion" or really have best results?
    ;););):D

Between old Imaging Oil system and a new one (with RIO) there is a lot of cost saving on Imaging Oil - if you don't have contract with HP of course. Old 6000 and 6600 have an ILD, newer 6600 (or with value pack to 6800), 6800,6900 has SPM which is more accurate than ILD, SPM is also supporting CCC (Continious Color Calibration) which is very helpful on long jobs. Next difference between 6000/6600 and newer presses is also WH (18 lasers vs 22 - as far as I remember). Ventilation system etc. a lot of differences but generally final quality and productivity is almost the same.

Yes I agree on all, but the conclusion is that quality is the same… so if you don’t have fiscal reasons to buy new equipment why pay a lot of money for new?
The difference is coming with new continuous belt system… I hope to see in action as soon as possible
    :)

Mainly pay more money for higher stability and new features. 6900 and 6K has an Anilox option in ILP. 6K has new LED SPM which can measure in M0, M1 and M2. All presses with SPM are supporting Color Spot Refinement. So more money on press you spent, sometimes making work easier/faster.

I agree, but what I see in my experience is that stability of press and colors depends 90% of operator...

I think that today all people want press where operator press 1 Button "Print" and stay up just to see the press run...
This is the better efficiency why many companies pay more, if they will increase the salary of operator 10% more and not buy new press, I'm sure all presses will be very stable and affordable!!! :)

I completely agree, many printing business refuse to invest in operator training, they seek for results but complain when the press is starting to give issues because of lack of maintenance or being operated in a bad way due to lack of training/skills. Still they prefer to spend in spare parts or technicians to fix a problem that could be easily done by a skilled operator. So at the end, it doesn't matter if this new press has a few additions or upgrades, if you want a pretty good quality and productivity, spend on training, so you get the best results from your press.
