SM102 Dynamic error

We are getting random stops with the only error showing is A_DATACONTROL FFFB.

 

hi dear sir, could you explain the problem your machine is having.

 

The press will print and run with random stops. Sometimes they will get 1000 copies through and other times 5000. The only fault displayed is dynamic A_DATACONTROL FFFB. The sheet guide fans seem to shut off when this happens. I'm starting with testing K302 coil since it seems to control the PWM signal for the sheet guide and the enable bit for enable air supply but I may be way off.

This error says there is intrupt in the data flow between main cards( rek, rgp, sak, esk)
Pls remove all 220volts (fans, electric static device)
The remove the front lay sensor (since front sensor triggered with machine speed some time I n problem it creates disturbance in the communication channel

please I would like to know if the powder compressor stops when this happens.
