hp indigo 5000 no printing area due to blanket jam

    after i got a big blanket jam and role in the exit impression drum roller
    after i cleared the jam and pieces i install new blanket but i found out that the miss printing area its like it start later and does the white area and print again as showing in the gray 20
    Nb after the jam it was miss timing the gripper dosen't open in time so i did the encoder adjustment and paper go true but the printing still as showing

    Check the Teeth of Drum, seems they lost right position from Pip and ITM

    Also start the encoder calibration check and the harmonic and post results

    He's right, looks like there is no synchronisation between drums. Check the dots on teeths. Seems that press is printing on a PIP foil clamp. Huuuge blanket jam :)

    The Red mark in the Impression drum do not match the Red mark in The ITM Drum i think its synchronisation problem please how to fix it and send me any pictures or video

    Take two M8 (6mm hex key) screws out from impression front arm, then you will have fully impression drum disengaged. Check also synchronisation between PIP and ITM drum.

    It work perfect once i line up the gears thanks
    only one thing make me crazy i did buckle adjustment and secion cup adjust and want go true full placement for duplex it go for front but the back not
    i try to run in transport it go for simplex but keep jam in duplex mode i try to lower the value in perfector A and B won't go true any idea please

    If lowering value in Perfector A and B (duplex buckle) is not helping, just raise the value.

    Adjust accurately the main encoder. You said you move it before, so probably needs to be adjusted again after you synchronized the drums.
