Polar Mohr 92 ED light guard interrupted

Hi Guys,
We have Polar 92 ED with not working photocells.
We try to set up position of every photocell because we were thinking that they are not seeing each other.
Without result.
We have also Polar 66 so we instal on this guillotine at first right photocell from Polar 92, also only left photocell from Polar 92 and finally both photocells.
Without result.
All the time photocells from Polar 92 are only display two red led lights.
Anybody have similar problem?

Please see if Both LED's are OFF? if they are off, is indicative lack of power supply from +24Vdc.

Look 1) C. Breaker F7+Fuse f11 , and of course connector x 415: pins 1+3 use the schematic diagrams for to located the connector

2) Check interruption connections with the Emitter, measure the LED's if have 3Vdc excedding is interrupted, need to replace or repair.

tips: a) use the schematic diagrams b) common sense( the most invaluable tools)!!!

See the pictures which I made.
Only this two LED lights are on. Now photocells are installed on Polar 92, the same situation was when I installed them on Polar 66.

the Red Led ON, is indicative or lack of voltage as previously indicate you , use the schematic d b) tight and clean very well the connector, c) align emitter vs transmitter. Read very well my statements

2) otherwise replace the Board light barrier.

With working processes, cutter stopped and got red light on LS board , can you give me some advice what could be ? all the best to you

1) Test voltage supply for +24Vdc , and check the connector in LS 600-CU4

2)Interruption in the emitter circuit link, if the voltage in emitter Leds ; is exceeding the 3Vdc, then the LED is interrupted, exchange the LS board

3) try to adjust the Light barrier ; if the voltage is ledd in any emitter LED to 0.5Vdc are in Short circuit, exchange the board LS.

Sign number 1 is where we put oil for gear as we know , do I need some special oil or also possible to use normal car engine oil ?
And look sign number 2 does it connected to gear oil or which oil it use ?

Thank you by his words in reference about the 2 oils questions.

1) For oir gear, you must use the giving for POLAR instruction manual, or equivalent if you do NOT find in his country, oil carr the viscosity and caratheristic is NOT the same, be carefull in to do THAT!!!!!


2) With the oil Hydraulic, the same situation, use the recommendation for POLAR, or his equivalent,otherwise you must have a LOT of trouble, with the system hydraulic damage.

3) Remember when you are filling the system hydraulic, you must Bleeding the system complete, otherwise, you will experiment problem, like the Knife is NOT coming down, or clamp, or both...!

Unfortunately we don’t have Polar instruction manual be cause it’s complicated to find out relevant oil for gear and for hydraulic, can you give some advices where I can find it ,
And second question is , picture which I upload on top sign number 2 what part is it and is it hydraulic oil inside ?
