n my machine, when we power up,monitor display scan reference, when we scan reference point, when we push handwheel backguage moves backward high speed but when pull forward the backguage move slow forward
We cheched the following cards in other machine all of these card is good
    Sk,sfm,pi,mcm cards
I think there is aproblem with limit s7
    I doen't known its place

    Hi sir:

    1) First measure the power supply here is;

    Power Supply ( PS )

The Power Supply board (PS) provides three stabilized voltages:
    +5 volts Tolerance: 5.08 -5.12 volts
    +12 volts Tolerance: 11.4 -12.6 volts
    + 24 volts Tolerance: 23.7 -24.3 volts

Look if there are in Tolerance, otherwise, the electronic boards, WILL NOT function, and error coming.

Send me Pics, if is possible.

The reference run in a Polar 115 EMC is an automatically functioning procedure.

You switch the machine on and you see the message on the screen. The next step is to activate the backgauge movement by using the hand fine adjustment or the push buttons in the keyboard.

Activate the movement backward and the backgauge will move all the way backward up to the limit switch at the end of the table. The speed does not matter. If the backgauge is reaching the rear limit switch, the direction of the backgauge movement is automatically changed to forward. If not the rear limit switch needs to be adjusted.

The first step of the reference run is made. The next step is scanning of searching the reference signal.

The forward movement is performed slowly. During the backgauge forward movement the computer is waiting for the reference point signal from the linear scale underneath the table. Therefore the linear scale is sending a signal to the board PI. You may check this signal using the LED V15. If I remember correctly the LED V15 is the under most LED on the board. I am expecting the LED V15 is not showing the reference point signal during the forward movement and the backgauge is moving all the way the front limit switch.

Does the LED V15 on the board PI shows any reaction? Or does the backgauge moves all the way the front limit switch and stops?

    Besides all this:
In a Polar 115 EMC you should not do a reference run after switching on the machine.
If the machine always asking for the reference run after switching on, the battery on the board CP is gone. This battery has two soldered cable. If you like to replace the battery you need an original battery from the Heidelberg agency or a very good electrician who is able to solder cable to a battery.

I am sure that led v15 in PI card is let on
    And the machine read reference
    When push manual hand wheel
    The backguage move backword fast
But when pull the hand wheel the backguage move forward slowly
    Also when we type measure
    The backguage move forward slowly

If I understand you correct, the backgauge moves forward slowly and stops at the reference point (somewhere at approximatally 30 cm).

If you see after the reference run the size (backgauge position on the screen), the reference run is finished and okay.

In case you have no fast forward speed and slowly only, you have some possible problems:
Switch S7 is doing the changeover between slow and fast. The signal from S7 goes straight to the little relay K11. There is no electronics involved!
K11 is the small right relay all the way on the bottom on the board MCM. K11 activates the big contactor K11M.
K11M is the left big contactor on the board MCM.
If the switch S7 is active, K11 should be active and K11M should be active. Now you have slow speed (forward and backward).
If the switch S7 is not active, K11 should be not active and K11M should be not active. Now you have fast speed (forward and backward).

    S7 is between S9 and S8.

The limit switches from the front to the rear are:
S9 limit switch forward movement (no false clamp plate used) - Position at 24-25 mm.
S7 changeover from fast to slow. First check S9 and S8. Afterwards make sure S7 is correct activated by the cam.
S8 limit switch forward movement (false clamp plate used) - Position at 88-89 mm.

S13 limit switch backward movement - Position at 116-116.5 cm

The switches in question are located under the bed at the back of the machine look under the bed near the gear box usually red coloured
