Hp indigo 5000 defects in print trailing edge

    Hello guys i have print problem mark in the end of the paper trailing edge (not the gripper side )
    for some raison the ink do not get transferred to the paper in this spot i checked the all drums pip blanket and impression all looks fine I changed the underlayer pip and pip and blanket still have the same problem i changed the sponge roller in cleaning stations too same problem
    when i print separation gray the mark is in all CMYK COLORS
    any idea please ?

    Check if increasing or decreasing second pressure transfer it changes.
    For similar problem I had to change itm drum.

    after DECRISING still the same but increasing impression adjustment by 3 numbers it show 3 i put 6 and it shrink little as showing in pictures

    So you put more pressure between pip and itm drum?
    The problem I think is there. I am pretty sure is not a bearing problem.
    I will change itm drum.

    im suspecting itm drum but its so hard to change it and we don't have service in the machine i want to make sure it is the drum before go for a change

    Sergio it looks like weak spot on PIP drum. Try to desynchronise pip drum with one tooth, mostly it helped when weak spot wasn't too big :)

    You need to loose ITM front bearing, take out rear ITM bearing and then you can move PIP drum by one tooth. But to screw rear ITM bearing you need a JIG :)
