    Execute this easy troubleshooting for electronic circuit;

    1) Perform a visual inspection : look for loose and broken wires, improperly seated connectors, loose or broken wires
    misset switch, missing jumpers. and so on.

    Check for obviously damaged component(components burned or discolor due to overheating);
    Dust + dirt + tear +wear

    2) Reseating Boards and components:
    Edge connectors are a common source of problems. Power down the system and remove the PC boards. Examine the edge connector
    for contamination and clean with contacts cleaner contacts. Reseat any loose components such as scoketed ICs) .
    Reseat theboards and power up.

    3) Power supply checks:
    Check the power supply for missing voltages and voltages out of spec. A digital multimieter DMM can be necessary, as
    voltage specifications are quite tight: logic supplies for example: must be within + 5% percent of 5Vdc. All the
    multiple supplies and all must be checked.

    4) Board swapping:
    Board swapping involves the substitutiono of a known godd board for a suspect one

    5) look for colder+dry solder joint in the electronic board!!!!!

    1)S-TTK:
    Check:
    Defective brake control . SLT_CON

    2)S-BLT_CON:

    Maybe the board is called differently?
    I cannot find "STL_CON" in the diagrams.

    BLT is located inside electric cabinet on the left side. Usually there is protection cover over it.
    This error is so common from that age machines. There is a small module on BLT called UVM3 and this error is related to that. I had repaired many of these modules with this error.

    Thanks for your patience and help.
    Unfortunately, I did not find any broken or burnt parts on this board. I checked all the soldering. There are no cold-soldered connectors.
    But just in case, I resoldered all the connectors with a soldering iron.
    Let's see what happens.

    Hi Andranik,
    I can test BLT if you can send it to Denmark.

    Hi Mathew!
    Thanks for the suggestion, but I have no other board to replace it. The shipping from our country to Denmark will take too much time for us.
    The machine is working well now. Let's see what happens.
    Then, if there are problems, maybe I will contact you.
    Thanks again.

    Unfortunately resoldering did not help.
