XL 105 Auto Blanket Washers

I am currently running a 2008 XL 105 with the cloth roll setup for washing blankets and impression cylinders. Does anyone know how to remove the press wash and water spray bar for cleaning? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time

Hi Kris,
I really don't recommend to dismantle the nozzle bars for cleaning since it's too much work. I also know it's too difficult to open the clogged ones. You need to crawl under the press. You may need to hire someone slim. Do you use tap or distilled water?

I have a solution for you.....and others with the same problem. It is a consumable and it works. Simple and effective. No dismantling required.

You must have cleaned the nozzles on the spray bars. How did you do it ?
