how is that image imposed on the printed sheet. If the gripper of the sheet is at the bottom of the image you posted I would say you're experiencing a "tail pick" This can be confirmed by looking at the blanket. If there is a build up of ink and perhaps even residual paper on the blanket then that would confirm it. Reduce your ink a bit, thoroughly clean ALL your blankets following the problem, and give the rollers a light spraying of anti skin before starting up again. The reduced ink tack should fix the problem. This problem is common with poor quality coated papers that lack surface pick resistance.

You can use a clean soft cloth dipped in magnesium carbonate powder, and gently wipe the surface of each printed matter to make the surface rough; irradiate with infrared rays to make the ink layer expand and become thicker; if the quantity is large, the humidity can be adjusted to make the ink layer Moisture swelling, rough surface.

This is an offset printing sub forum. After over 35 years of working in sheetfed pressrooms I can honestly say that I thought Id heard it all. What exactly are you talking about Phomeno???

I was waiting for him to tell us that he was printing on a tabletop bubblejet printer.
